How we work
How our commercial cleaning contracts work in Canberra.
Every commercial contract runs in three stages: a consultation to see the site as it is, a deep clean to set the baseline, and a maintenance plan our supervisors keep checking.

The three stages
Consultation, deep clean, maintenance
Stage 01
Consultation
We visit the site and assess its current state against a ten-point checklist. From that we write a deep cleaning plan to set the baseline, and the daily, weekly and monthly routine for the year ahead.
Stage 02
Deep clean
The deep clean is the first step of the routine and sets the baseline for everything after it. Depending on how the building is used, further deep cleans are scheduled quarterly, twice a year or yearly.
Stage 03
Maintenance
The maintenance plan starts straight away. Supervisors monitor the cleaning teams and change the plan when the building's use or demands change.
The same three stages run on every contract on our books, from an embassy to a distribution warehouse, with washroom consumables supplied on our commercial contracts.

Book the first visit.
Send us the building and how it is used. Stage one is a visit, and it is free: we walk it and record the state it is in now, then send a clear quote and contract for you to accept or decline.
