We pressure wash building exteriors, roofs, walkways, driveways and car parks. Roofs are washed on a fall-arrest harness, and forecourts and footpaths get a petrol rotary surface cleaner.

Building washing is done from the ground and from a boom lift.

01Roofs are height workWe wash roofs on fall-arrest harnesses and safety lines, so a roof is quoted as height work.
02The surfaceCladding is foamed and rinsed by hand, and paving goes under a rotary surface cleaner, so the surface sets the method and the time.
03The size of the areaA footpath and a whole car park are different jobs, so the area is measured on site.
04It is quoted on siteWe look at the access, the height and the surface before we price it.

Say what the surface is

Concrete, pavers, painted render, composite cladding or roof sheeting. Ring or email with where it is and what is growing on it.

Step 02

We look before we quote

We check the access, the height and the surface on site before we put a number on it.

Step 03

The wash

Petrol pressure units, the rotary surface cleaner on the big flat areas, boom lifts on facades, and harnesses and lines on the roof.
