The scope, in full

What is in an office contract.

The same six lines on every visit, written down before the contract starts. Anything else the office needs goes into the contract as its own line.

  • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning common areas

Added when the office needs it

Washroom paper, hand towel and soap are supplied and restocked on the same contract.

Three stages

How an office contract starts.

Stage 01

We walk the office with you

We check the office against a ten-point checklist and write the scope and the visit interval from what we find. The walkthrough is free, and a clear quote and contract follow for you to accept or decline (how we work).

Stage 02

A deep clean sets the baseline

The first visit is a deep clean, and every visit after it is held to that standard. Further deep cleans are booked quarterly, twice a year or yearly, in the plan for the year ahead.

Stage 03

The routine, supervised

The regular visits begin and a supervisor checks the work against the plan. When the office changes, the plan is changed with it: why the office cleaner changes every fortnight.

01On-site supervisionSupervisors monitor the cleaning teams on site and keep the work to the plan.
02Our own employeesEvery cleaner is employed by us and trained in our systems, products and equipment. They clock in and out on site.
03The paperwork procurement asks forAccredited ISO 9001, bonded and insured. Ask us for the accreditation documents and the certificate of currency if your file needs them.
04One contract for the whole buildingThe carpets, the internal glass, the car park sweeper and the facade glass are done by our own cleaners on the same contract.
