Find your package on the rate card, or use the calculator to add storeys, extras and carpet. Carpet is priced per carpeted bedroom.
Step 02
Book the date and the key
Ring the office with the date. Tell us who holds the key: we collect it and return it when the clean is done, so you do not need to be there.
Step 03
The agent inspects
The final inspection happens on the agent’s schedule. If the property fails, ring the office and the guarantee applies.

Bond cleaning questions
How much does an end of lease clean cost in Canberra?
It depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom property starts at $445 plus GST, and every package is on the rate card. The calculator adds storeys, extras and carpet, and shows the total including GST.
Is carpet cleaning included in a bond clean?
No. Carpet steam cleaning is added on top of the package. The calculator prices it per carpeted bedroom, with living areas, stairs and hallways as their own lines, and only rooms that have carpet are counted.
Do I need flea treatment if I have a pet but no fleas?
Agents often require it when a pet has lived in the property, whether or not there are fleas, so check with your agent. We lay the treatment on the carpet with the steam clean, and the calculator adds it as its own line.
What happens if the property fails the inspection?
Ring the office. We come back within seven days and put it right, at no charge.
Can I book an end of lease clean by the hour?
Yes. Choose the hourly option in the calculator. The minimum is four hours, and instead of paying for extras you tell us what matters most and we work that list first.
Is a vacate clean the same as a bond clean?
Yes. A vacate, move-out, end of lease or bond clean is the clean a tenant books before handing the keys back, and it is priced the same way.
