We service the site sheds while a build runs and do the handover clean before the inspection. Our twelve jobs for ten head contractors include a hospital, a council building, a hotel, and apartment and townhouse stages. The most recent is Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council, for ADCO Construction.

What we clean on a construction site.

Before the inspection

Handover cleans

Heavy floors by machine, and the internal glass, joinery interiors, tracks and edges by hand, before the certifier or the client walks the building.

While the job runs

Site sheds and amenities

Daily or weekly cleaning for site offices, lunchrooms, bathrooms, change rooms and shared amenities, with consumables supplied and restocked.

High glass

Facade glass above ladder height, cleaned by our own crew from a boom lift, a scissor lift or a water-fed pole.

Roof and cladding washing

Cladding, roofs, walkways and footpaths pressure washed, with roofs worked on a fall-arrest harness.

How it runs

How a construction clean is booked.

Step 01

Name the site and the stage

The address, the floor area, the programme date and where the trades are up to. A call or an email is enough to start.

Step 02

We walk it and price it

We come out and walk the site with you, then price the work: shed servicing through the programme, the handover clean against the inspection date, or both together. Our crews already hold White Cards and asbestos and silica awareness.
