Our cleaners are employed by us and trained in our systems, products and equipment. They are rostered to homes, so your house has one cleaner, and the same person comes back each visit.

How it works
Step 01
Choose the visit
Pick weekly or fortnightly and the hours in the calculator. Nothing is booked until the office rings you.
Step 02
Set the priorities
On the first visit your cleaner talks through what matters most, so the hours go there. If the hours you book will not cover everything, you decide what comes first.
Step 03
The same cleaner comes back
Each visit, your cleaner works through your priorities and gets them to the best state the time allows.

Is there a minimum booking for a regular clean?
Yes. Every visit is at least 2 hours, and the calculator prices any hours above that.
Is weekly dearer than fortnightly?
No. Weekly and fortnightly visits run on the same hourly rate, so choose the interval that suits the house.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No. Chemicals and equipment come with the cleaner.
Do you clean on the DVA or NDIS rate?
Yes. The same regular clean runs on the DVA and NDIS rates, with the same cleaner each visit, and the NDIS rate carries no GST. See DVA and NDIS cleaning.
